Phoebe and Lincoln Zhang decided to commit to an editorial photoshoot to celebrate their 1 year anniversary. They married in on Skopelos Island in Greece in the same location as Mamma Mia was filmed. Phoebe, an influencer and model, partnered with us, Victoria Secret and The Royce Hotel. With a team of creatives we brought the vision to life combining: Super 8 Film, 35mm film, and digital.

You might be thinking an editorial element is something you want for your wedding but... you don't want to sacrifice the real moments & you don't want to be pulled away from the organic moments that will unfold on the day... moments that can't be repeated. Well, there is a way to have your cake and eat it too. Our recomendation, include the editorial element the day before your wedding. That way your wedding day becomes a wedding weekend & your editorial has the time it needs to be fit for a magazine without removing the realness of a wedding.

As you scroll through the images, can you tell what is shot on film. You might notice an image that feels a little more raw, textured, human... that is the magic of film. Film won't give you the sharpest cleanest image, but it will feel imperfectly perfect. It captures feeling in a way that transcends words. We love combining film and digital. It's not one or the other for us. Both have their strengths and weaknesses & both combine to create imagery that is truly memorable.
