We respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible—usually within an hour, but always within 12 hours. If you have a wedding planner, this step will typically be managed through them.
Our top priority is connecting with you. We begin with a short video chat to get to know you better and learn about the journey of your relationship.
Each commission is uniquely tailored to your wedding vision. After our initial video chat, we create a personalized proposal that outlines all the commission details and inclusions specific to your celebration.
Once you’re over-the-moon excited, we secure your date in our calendar with a deposit, ensuring no one else can claim it.
This initial meeting is all about building our friendship. No pressure to talk about the wedding—it’s a chance to laugh, chat, and feel more comfortable with us, so by the time the wedding arrives, you’ll feel at ease around us.
If you opt for a pre-wedding photoshoot, we recommend scheduling it 3-6 months before the big day. It’s a fun way to get comfortable in front of the camera, practice posing, and go on an adventure together. We highly encourage all our couples to take advantage of this experience.
Our second meeting usually takes place at the wedding venue (though it doesn’t have to). About 2-3 months before your wedding, we’ll meet onsite to connect in a meaningful way, soaking in the beauty of the location.
Six to eight weeks before your wedding, we’ll finalize your timeline via video chat. You’ll receive a phone-friendly PDF of the schedule that can be easily shared with all your vendors. This saves you from juggling questions from makeup artists, bridesmaids, and other vendors.
Your wedding day flies by faster than you think. Surrounded by your loved ones, it’s one of the few times in life when all your favorite people will be together in one place. You can rest assured that every raw and precious moment will be captured authentically. From candid moments to a portrait session that will leave you feeling like a movie star, it will feel as if two of your best mates are by your side, documenting your love story with a timeless, elegant touch.
Within 24 hours, you’ll have teaser images in hand to share with the world or with your loved ones. Your full gallery will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the wedding, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your honeymoon.
After your honeymoon, we’ll schedule a video chat to start designing your wedding album. This process can begin whenever you’re ready, and the final album is delivered within 6-8 weeks of the design’s approval.
